Telecaller (Female)
What You'll Do
- Make outbound calls to explain Poorakh's solar + household insurance plans (Bronze to Diamond)
- Handle inbound enquiries and convert leads into policy sign-ups
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain call records / CRM
- Coordinate with the field sales team on qualified leads
What We're Looking For
- Confident verbal communication in Hindi & English
- 0–2 years experience — freshers are encouraged to apply
- Basic computer & smartphone comfort
- Target-driven, polite, and persistent attitude
Marketing Field Sales Executive
What You'll Do
- Promote solar insurance plans on-ground to households, dealers & distributors
- Onboard solar installers and EPC dealers into the Poorakh partner network
- Conduct local market visits and awareness drives
- Achieve monthly sales & onboarding targets
What We're Looking For
- 1+ years of field sales experience preferred
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving license
- Strong local market network and negotiation skills
- Graduate preferred; solar/insurance background is a plus
