Poorakh provides Solar Protection Plan services designed to protect solar power installations. Our protection plans are structured in accordance with applicable government inspection norms and Domestic Content Requirement (DCR) approval standards, where applicable to the solar equipment covered under the plan.

2. Eligibility

By using this Website or subscribing to our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Services availed on behalf of a business or organisation must be authorized by a person with the legal capacity to bind that entity.

3. Solar Protection Plan — Terms of Coverage

• The Solar Protection Plan is applicable only to solar installations that meet the eligibility criteria specified by Poorakh at the time of enrollment.
• Coverage under the plan is subject to the solar installation having passed the relevant government inspection and, where applicable, being DCR (Domestic Content Requirement) approved/compliant.
• Poorakh reserves the right to request documentation (such as inspection certificates or DCR approval proof) before activating or honoring a claim under the protection plan.
• Any installation found to be non-compliant with the required government inspection or DCR approval standards may be deemed ineligible for coverage, and Poorakh reserves the right to deny or void the plan in such cases.
• The scope, duration, and specific terms of coverage for each Solar Protection Plan will be as communicated to the Customer at the time of purchase/enrollment.

4. Payments

All applicable fees for the Solar Protection Plan must be paid in full through the payment methods made available on the Website or as otherwise communicated by Poorakh. Prices are subject to change, and any such change will apply prospectively to new purchases.

5. No Refund Policy

All payments made towards the Solar Protection Plan are final and non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation, discontinuation, or non-usage of the service, except where required otherwise by applicable law. By making a payment, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

6. Customer Obligations

• Provide accurate and complete information at the time of enrollment, including details relevant to the solar installation.
• Ensure the solar installation is maintained in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and applicable safety standards.
• Promptly notify Poorakh of any change in the status of the installation that may affect eligibility under the protection plan.
• Cooperate with any inspection, verification, or documentation requests made by Poorakh in relation to the plan.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While Poorakh takes reasonable care in structuring and administering the Solar Protection Plan, we do not guarantee that the plan will cover every possible event, malfunction, or damage. Coverage is strictly limited to the terms communicated at the time of enrollment.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Poorakh shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Website or the Solar Protection Plan. Our total liability, if any, arising under these Terms or the protection plan shall not exceed the amount paid by the Customer for the specific plan in question.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of Poorakh and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent.

10. Termination

Poorakh reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Customer's Solar Protection Plan in case of breach of these Terms, provision of false information, or non-compliance with government inspection/DCR approval requirements, without any obligation to refund amounts already paid.

11. Amendments

Poorakh reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Website or services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh, India, and courts elsewhere shall have no jurisdiction over such disputes.
